Bunny Hop

This morning at dance Caroline's class performed a bunny dance for the moms! We got to go in towards the end of class and when we did we saw each of the girls had painted noses and whiskers and had bunny ears and tails. It was so precious and so fun to watch! Here are a few pictures of my little bunny.

Pumpkin Patch

Today after naps Caleb, Caroline and I headed to the pumpkin patch. They had a blast running around and they took the job of picking out the perfect pumpkin very seriously. We ended up with 4 mini pumpkins and one big pumpkin. When we got home they had fun decorating the mini pumpkins with markers. We all had a fun afternoon!

Happy Birthday Pawpaw!

On Friday my dad celebrated his 70th birthday. Sunday morning we left Salado and went to Nana and Pawpaw's to spend some time with them. We met Amy, Jonathan, Emma, and Maddie at Joe T's for dinner and birthday cake. We had a great time and were so glad to get to celebrate with my dad. Pawpaw--we love you and hope you had a great birthday! You're the best dad and pawpaw ever!

Happy Birthday Tommy!

After the parade we left Waco and went to Salado to meet all of our family to celebrate our brother-in-law's 40th birthday! They have a huge yard and the weather was so nice so the kids had a ball running around and playing outside and Brett had fun playing football with the boys!

Baylor Homecoming Parade

Saturday morning we woke up and left our house super early to head down to Waco for the Baylor Homecoming parade. We always have such a fun time and enjoy seeing our friends and the parade. Caleb and Caroline were a little tired when we got there but once the parade started they had a great time seeing the bands, the bear, the floats, and of course, catching all the candy!

ECPTA Fall Fest

Last Wednesday we went to the ECPTA Fall Festival. Caleb and Caroline were so excited to wear their Halloween costumes and had a great time playing all the games, especially climbing on the bounce house! Caroline decided that her ladybug tutu got in the way of climbing so she took it off for most of the night!

Cleaning Girl and Grown up Boy

Saturday afternoon Brett and I walked into the kitchen and saw Caroline outside cleaning the door with her mop! I guess she decided since her mama wasn't going to clean it she'd have to take things into her own hands! I think she look so serious in these picures--like she's really concentrating! So funny!

Also, here is a picture of my big boy! He had a fun weekend with his daddy. I just don't have many pics of him this weekend but I thought he looked so grown up in this picture!

Butterfly Parade

This past Saturday Caroline and I had "Mommy and Caroline morning". First we went to the donut shop and had some yummy donuts and chocolate milk and then we headed to Grapevine to the Butterfly Flutterby parade. Caroline saw her friends Chloe, Ella Claire, and Gracie. We watched the parade with our friends, Chloe, Ella Claire, and Gracie, and then we tagged onto the end of the parade and walked down Main Street. At the end they had live catterpillars, butterflies, snacks, pumpkins you could decorate, and other fun booths! Caroline had a great time walking around and seeing everything and I loved spending time with my precious girl. What a fun morning!

Pirate Party

Last weekend our friend Chloe had a pirate birthday party! I forgot to take my camera to the actual party but I got some pictures of my pirates before we left for the big bash! Caleb and Caroline had a great time celebrating with sweet Chloe!

This week I have felt like a crazy mom! I don't know what it is but Caleb and Carline have been so cranky! Anyways, on Monday they dressed up and came in my room and ask me to take their picture. It made me smile and remember that even on a bad day, I love my sweet ballerina and cowboy so very much!

A&M/Arkansas Game

Last Saturday Brett and I went to the A&M/Arkansas game. We left the kids at Nana and Pawpaw's house and headed to the new Cowboy stadium. The weather was a little yucky but we were still able to tailgate with some friends and then head into the game. We were disappointed that they lost but had a great time anyways!

Dance Watch Day

Once a month families are allowed to watch dance class and last Friday was one of those days. It was fun to see b/c we hadn't been able to watch since the first day of class. Caroline was a little upset during some of her class that one of her ballet shoes was untied. Her teacher likes to teach the girls to keep going if something like that happens but Caroline couldnt focus on anything else until it was tied! After that, she was a happy girl!
