Lunch with Chloe and Courtney

Today we had lunch at Chloe and Courtney's house. Caleb and Caroline had such a fun time playing with their sweet friend. The weather was nice so we went outside and they all had a blast! Caleb threw a tantrum when we had to leave b/c he wanted to keep playing with the fun toys!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Caleb and Caroline were both sick the week of Thanksgiving so we had to cancel our trip to see Brett's mom and family. We were so sad and missed seeing everyone. Instead of yummy turkey and dressing we went out for lunch and then made mexican food that night! Here are some pictures from our weekend. We spent a lot of time in our pajamas and trying to entertain the kids. In the bottom picture Caleb and Caroline are pretending to go to sleep. They love to lay on the floor and tell each other night night!

Pajama Party

Today at MOPS we had a pajama party so the kids and moms got to wear their pj's. Caleb and Caroline had fun playing with their friends and were so happy when we got home. We all enjoyed spending the entire day in our pajamas!

Sic 'Em Bears

We took Caleb and Caroline to their 2nd Baylor homecoming this year. We left our house around 6:30am so that we could get to Waco in time for the parade. I have been going to the parade since I was a little girl and it's always so fun to see friends and family!

Caroline loved sitting in Nana's lap waving at everyone in the parade. Caleb got so excited everytime someone would walk by with a ball. He even went up to someone in the parade and managed to get a football away from them for a little while. As you can imagine, he was not very happy when Brett made him give it back!

After the parade we went to a couple of shops, ate lunch with my family, and then headed back home. It was a short trip but worth it! Caleb and Caroline were exhausted when we got home but I think they enjoyed their day! We can't wait until next year!

I don't have any pictures to post b/c we forgot our camera! However, Caleb and Caroline looked so cute in their Baylor outfits!

Happy Halloween!

Caleb and Caroline had a wonderful Halloween. We were planning on hanging out with our friends Melissa and Paul and their sweet kids but they got sick. So, we decided at the last minute to head over to my sister's house. We had a great dinner and then went trick-or-treating with Amy, Jonathan, Emma, and Maddie. Nana and Pawpaw stayed at the house to hand out candy. Their neighborhood is lots of fun on Halloween--tons of people hanging out in the yards, having parties, etc. We had such a fun time!

Fall Fest

A few weeks ago we took Caleb and Caroline to the ECPTA Fall Fest. They had so much fun! Caroline was a little concerned about all of the costumes but Caleb ran around laughing the entire time! They both enjoyed seeing their friends Isabella, Bennett, Ella Claire, and Chloe. They all looked adorable in their costumes!
