Time to go Home

On Saturday we loaded up and headed back home. Caleb and Caroline had a ball and are so lucky to have a fun place to go to ride tractors, go on hayrides, and feed cows! We can't wait to go back soon!

After a good Christmas nap we went to see Brett's dad and his parents. They have cows and the kids thought it was so cool to feed them! One of the cows got a pushy and charged the fence and Carolline yelled "Where's that cows mommy?"

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning we woke up and Santa had come again! We had so much fun watching all of the kids open their gifts. We had a great day and just relaxing, eating, and playing!

Christmas Eve, Santa

After the hayride we went back over to Gigi and Pops and when we got there we had a big surprise waiting on us.....Santa! Caleb and Caroline ran right up to him and were so excited to see him. Santa read a story to the kids and then had a stocking for each one.

As Santa was leaving Caleb had to run after him and give him one more hug...so cute!

Christmas Eve, Hayride

After lunch we went back to Nana's house and all loaded up on a hayride! Pops drove the tractor and we all sang Christmas carols. We stopped in a field for a family picture and then headed back to Nana's for a snack. Caleb and Caroline had a great time and didn't even seem to mind missing their nap!

Christmas Eve Lunch

On Christmas Eve we went back over to Gigi and Pops house for mexican food. The weather was so nice and the kids got to play outside after lunch.

Gigi and Pop's House

On Tuesday we headed down to see Brett's family. It's a long drive but the kids did good. Out first night there we went to Brett's Aunt Christene and Uncle Larry's house (otherwise known as Gigi and Pops by the kids). We had sandwiches and enjoyed getting to see everyone. His mom has 2 sisters and we get together with all of their families. It's a total of about 20 kids plus adults and is crazy but so much fun! Caleb and Caroline were old enough this year to play with the kids and they thought it was a blast!

Santa Came Early!

Last Monday Santa came to our house! We ask him to come early since we were going to be out of town on Christmas morning. When we brought Caleb and Caroline down that morning they didn't know what to think! They just ran around looking at all of the toys! The night before Brett had stayed up late setting up the train table and doll house Nana and Pawpaw had given them so they had all of the Santa toys plus those things to see! After playing with their new toys a while we made pancakes for breakfast(on my new griddle, thanks Amy and Jonathan!). We had a fun family day and enjoyed just playing around the house. That night we got loaded up b/c we left town the next morning.

Fun Family Christmas

The weekend before Christmas we celebrated with my family. We got to my parents house Saturday morning and had lunch with everyone. After the kids took a nap we opened gifts and then had a delicious dinner. The next morning we all went to Amy and Jonathan's church and then out to lunch to celebrate my sister's birthday a little early. It was such a fun weekend and we enjoyed it all!

Caleb and his guitar! He has been wanting a guitar for a while now and he was so excited to get one! He loves playing with it and won't let Caroline, or anyone else, near it!

First Bubble Bath

One day while I was getting my haircut Brett decided to give Caleb and Caroline their first bubble bath. They both thought it was so much fun and now they are always asking to take one!

Here are a few pics we took one Sunday morning before church. Caleb and Caroline loves the tree this year (especially once there was presants under it!) and thought the stockings were fun too!

Christmas Parade

A few weeks ago we went to a Christmas parade with Bradley, Molly, and Paige. We got there a little early but we set up the little chairs and the kids enjoyed running around and playing. We all had a great time and especially enjoyed seeing Santa at the end!
